This 45 contains two instrumental tracks by DC-bred drummer, Andrew Black. Mozart Place is a poly-rhythmic drum instrumental where the kit, congas, tambourine, and cowbell all blend together to make a genre of music called Go Go that was born in DC and remains indigenous to the city and the surrounding suburbs of Maryland and Virginia. The track is backed with another instrumental, Arpeggiator 2.0, which features a guitar sample from Fugazis Arpeggiator with live drums tracked over it.
